Celebrating Success in the Accelerated Reader Program!

Today, students earned were rewarded with popcorn and a movie. They all reached their goals in our Accelerated Reader Program. Keep up the great work! Our next reward is pumpkin decorating just in time for Halloween. Readers are leaders!

Super Hero Day!

Students and staff took part in Super Hero Day at West Putnam. Thank you for all who participated and showed that school spirit. Go Eagles!

The Eagles Honor Mexican Independence Day!

Our students in the Dual Immersion Program at West Putnam took some time out of their busy afternoon to celebrate Mexican Independence Day! A big thank you to all the parents and staff who helped make this celebration possible.

West Putnam Fundraiser: Sept. 11-Sept. 25

West Putnam's school-wide fundraiser began on September 11th and will end on September 25th. All proceeds will be used for assemblies and activities that will motivate our students to work hard and be the best they can be.

Student Council Campaigns are Underway!

Students from 4th, 5th, and 6th grades are beginning their campaigns this week. They are hanging signs around campus, and recording their speeches in front of the Green Screen. Good luck to all.

Shout Out! To Our Great Office Staff

We want to give a big thank you to Erika Diaz and Linda (Lindy) Ojeda for all they do. They keep our school organized and efficient. These two ladies are a big part of our success here at West Putnam.

Student Leadership Opportunities

Our Learning Director, Mrs. Ortiz, held an informational meeting about Student Council during lunch recess. We are hoping that students take advantage of this great opportunity to be leaders on campus.
