Healthy Smiles will be coming to West Putnam on Wednesday Feb 5th.  Please add this to calendar as all day event because I don't know what time they will come.  They are treating both Bellview and us that same day.  They will communicate to us consent forms to send home, we can send a parent square once we have that.  Any parents that consent to dental screening and treatment will receive it the same day. Consent will go out to all grades.
