If you normally work at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, you will be excused from your work duties from 2:15 pm until 4:15 pm. You will be paid for your time. 

If you do not normally work at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, you will be paid for 1 hour at your hourly rate. 

Your supervisor will receive a copy of this email. Please remember, this is a MANDATORY ORIENTATION SESSION. You will need to bring a pen with you. Please respond to this email as an acknowledgment of receipt.
